Talia joined Lyons Davidson in 2022 and is a seasoned commercial property lawyer with more than twenty years’ experience in her field. She enjoys all aspects of the commercial property life-cycle and has worked across a variety of sectors, but specialises in commercial development and landlord and tenant work; particularly in the areas of out of town retail, leisure, food and warehousing.
Talia heads up Lyons Davidson’s commercial property department, acting for a range of clients, from SME developers through to publicly listed blue chip companies, and prides herself on delivering sound legal advice to all her clients in a straightforward and relatable way, using plain English.
