Max qualified as a solicitor in 2021. He received 1st Class Honours as an Undergraduate and Distinction during his Masters, alongside an award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.
Max has a broad range of expertise in family law, including:
- Care/Public Child Proceedings: Representing parents and other family members in child protection issues, where the local authority has applied to place a child/children in care
- Private Child Proceedings: Resolving family disputes, including determining living and contact arrangements or returning a child to a parent’s care
- Domestic Abuse: Representing individuals suffering from domestic abuse by obtaining a Non-Molestation or Occupation Order
