Partner/Assistant Divisional Manager-Claimant PI
Helen studied European Law and Languages at the University of the west of England and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Bristol before qualifying as a solicitor in 1999.
She gained experience at Stones Solicitors in Exeter of both Motor Personal Injury claims and Non-motor Personal claims; including slips and trips, employer’s and public liability matters, ski-related litigation and holiday and travel claims arising outside the UK.
Helen joined Lyon’s Davidson in 2001, specialising in road traffic accident Claimant work. She has set up and managed third party intervention schemes for a number of insurers and headed up a team specialising in Motor Insurers’ Bureau claims involving foreign, Untraced and uninsured drivers and credit hire. She has experience managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Helen is a Partner and Assistant Divisional manager, responsible for operations and strategy across the Claimant PI and Legal services teams, and applies her extensive experience of Personal Injury work to improving work processes and efficiencies for the benefit of our clients.
