Fraser worked for a large mobile network operator with responsibility for the testing and evaluation of new mobile technologies and services in between his two spells with Lyons Davidson.
He originally joined the company in 1998 as a support assistant, becoming the third member of the IT department. He came back to Lyons Davidson in 2005 as the technical services manager, with responsibility for network services and applications. He is now Head of IT and has overall responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day IT operations and user support in the company, ensuring that the network and infrastructure enable all staff members to carry out their roles effectively. Fraser was also responsible for implementation of Lyons Davidson’s telephony system, allowing contract centre operations and improving business continuity capabilities.
He an accredited Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
