Emma joined Lyons Davidson in 1990 and was appointed Partner in 2013. She initially dealt with fast track and multi-track personal injury cases. Over the years, she has managed various teams before heading the Motor Personal Injury Team in Bristol in 2013. Her team deals with personal injury cases ranging from minor soft-tissue injuries to catastrophic cases involving serious brain and spinal injury cases.
Although the majority of Emma’s time is spent managing the team, she still deals with a small caseload of multi-track cases. She has developed a specialism in dealing with cases involving internal injuries, some of which have resulted in compromised fertility. Emma has successfully claimed damages for impaired fertility and the costs associated with assisted fertility treatment.
One of Emma’s clients commented: “This is just a thank you for your help, guidance and diligence over the last three years. I have appreciated your wisdom and understanding of my situation, and have always felt that you were dealing with me and not a case number.”>
