Lyons Davidson presented a cheque for £1,000 to the Child Brain Injury Trust on 26 Januray 2016, following their fundraising efforts on Glow Day in October 2015.

Laura Merry, Senior Associate in Lyons Davidson’s Catastrophic Injury Team, said “It was an absolute pleasure to be able to present a cheque for £1,000 to  the Child Brain Injury Trust, following Lyons Davidson’s fundraising efforts on Glow Day. Staff raised £500 and the Directors of Lyons Davidson kindly matched this to give a total of £1,000. The Child Brain Injury Trust’s Glow Campaign  raises awareness and encourages more children to stay safe on our roads. If Glow Day prevents just one accident to a child and the devastating impact that has on the whole family then it is very worthwhile campaign indeed.”

Lyons Davidson staff threw themselves into the challenge by wearing their brightest outfits to work for Glow day in October. There was a competition for the best outfit and the highest sponsorship was for Team Leader Emma Saville to wear her glowing costume to her daughter’s swimming class on Friday evening!”
