Coronavirus is a global health crisis with far reaching implications, the extent of which is still becoming apparent.  As a result of government advice we have put in place the next stage of our response which aims to ensure your safety, the maintenance of our service to you and the protection of our people.

We have a robust Business Continuity Plan and so are confident that there will be limited disruption to our service and you should be able to communicate with your case handler in the normal way.  If they are unable to respond then your query can be answered by another member of their team.  We are also working with our business partners, supply chain and other organisations we interact with to ensure that your claim, transactions or other matters continue as smoothly as possible.

You can help us by ensuring that all communication is by email or telephone rather than by post, and that where available you use our customer portal as part of that communication. We will do all we can to ensure that the service we provide is not impacted by this crisis and your co-operation is greatly appreciated.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and government advice and restrictions we have moved to the next stage in our Business Continuity Plan meaning that it is business as usual with our staff working remotely.  Our offices are now closed to the public

If you are a current client you should contact your individual case handler in the usual way preferably by email or on their direct dial telephone number, or through the central switchboard number 0344 251 0070.

For any new client please contact our central switchboard on 0344 251 0070 or email [email protected]
