Marcus is a solicitor specialising in Employment Law.
Marcus studied Law at the University of Huddersfield attaining a first-class degree (LL.B honours) and Master of Laws (LL.M).
Marcus joined Lyons Davidson in 2018 as a specialist fraud case handler within the firm’s insurance litigation division before moving to the employment department in 2021.
Marcus advises employees and employers on a wide range of complex employment law issues including unfair dismissal, claims under the Equality Act 2010, whistleblowing, contractual disputes and TUPE transfers. Marcus is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and contributes to Daniel Barnett’s employment law updates.
