Magdalena has graduated the University of Edinburgh with LLB (Hons) Degree in 2014. She obtained her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2016 at the University of Glasgow. She qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
Magdalena is an experienced personal injury solicitor, having worked as a specialist personal injury lawyer since 2014. She assisted clients with Criminal Injuries Compensation Applications and Tribunal Appearances. She dealt with personal injury cases that occurred abroad, on airplanes as well as off shore. She has vast experience in litigation in cases involving personal injury arising out of road traffic accidents and accidents at work, both in Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
