Perminder joined Lyons Davidson in 2006 and heads up the Defendant Specialist Group in Solihull which predominantly deals with Defendant and Counterclaims Work.
Perminder qualified as a CiLEX Fellow in 2003 and has considerable Claimant and Defendant experience in the RTA Litigation sphere. He continues to case handle a Defendant Multi-Track case load and has developed a keen interest in Multi-Car collisions. He regularly provides tactical and commercial advice to the insurer client to address their exposure on costs, damages and liability in these types of collisions
In addition, he has developed a specialised and niche interest in Emergency Response RTA collision cases with considerable success at trial in the Defence of claims commenced by the Ambulance Police and Fire Authorities due to his working knowledge of the law and legislation governing this area.
Perminder is an active FOIL member and has frequently attends insurer businesses to deliver training and conduct file surgeries.
