Tracey is a solicitor dealing with contentious private client issues.
She joined Lyons Davidson with four years’ post-qualification experience and has a strong background in civil litigation. Having a keen interest in contentious probate cases, Tracey joined Lyons Davidson to work exclusively in this area. She regularly undertakes cases concerning will challenges, whether on the grounds of lack of capacity, lack of knowledge and approval, undue influence or fraud. She is also very experienced in making and defending claims for provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
