Philip is a solicitor in the Leeds office of the Civil division and focuses primarily on all aspects of property litigation.
After studying at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, Philip qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has worked for a number of regional firms, a national law firm and a local authority before joining Lyons Davidson in 2015.
Philip deals with a range of complex and high-value property law matters, including rights of way, rights of light, trespass, nuisance and property damage. He specialises in boundary dispute claims. You can find Philip’s published article on boundary disputes in the News and Insight section.
