Carol is an experienced family solicitor in the finance and divorce team. She qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has worked as a specialist family lawyer since that time.
Carol is an accredited specialist in complex financial disputes and domestic abuse. She is also a member of Resolution, whose aim is to provide a sensitive and constructive approach to resolving issues and disputes.
Carol is able to advise on all aspects of a separation and the financial issues arising out of this, including giving advice about cohabitation rights. She is also happy to assist with cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements. Carol can also advise on arrangements for children and emergency domestic violence orders.
Carol offers a practical, sympathetic approach to all clients. While she will endeavour to assist clients in resolving matters without resorting to court action, where this is not possible, she is equally comfortable in representing clients in court proceedings where appropriate.
