    Faye Schneider

    Senior Manager/Partner

Faye graduated in law from the University of the West of England and undertook the legal practice course with the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice. Prior to qualification, Faye gained excellent experience as a conveyancing paralegal.  She completed her training contract after completing seats in commercial property, litigation and private client, and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

On qualification, she joined Lyons Davidson’s commercial property team, where she dealt with a wide range of non-contentious commercial property and real estate transactions for an assortment of corporate and private clients. In 2009, Faye transferred to the commercial litigation department, where she currently practices. She specialises in contentious landlord and tenant matters (both residential and commercial), and banking litigation.  Faye acts for both privately funded and insurance-funded clients.

Faye is the Group Leader of the Landlord & Tenant and Banking team at Lyons Davidson, where she supervises a group of case handlers. She was appointed Partner/Senior Manager in June 2018. Faye has a keen interest in property related disputes and considers that her clients benefit from her conciliatory and strategic approach to claims and her non-contentious property experience.  She frequently acts for clients in the retail banking sector, SIPP pension providers, both limited and listed companies and private clients.
