Michael graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in law and criminology in 2002, before completing the GDL and LPC at the University of the West of England. He joined the company in 2004 as a paralegal in the Non-Motor Personal Injury department. He then worked in the Civil Litigation department, prior to commencing his training contract with Lyons Davidson in 2007. Michael qualified into the Employment Law department in 2009. Michael has worked in the company’s Customer Services and Compliance department since 2011 and was promoted to Complaints Partner in 2015. This role sees Michael responsible for the regulatory and contractual requirements in relation to complaint management throughout the whole company.
