Our private rate for advice and representation from an in-house advocate at the magistrates’ court in relation to a summary only road traffic offence dealt with at a single hearing is £420 (including VAT) for courts within 100 miles of Bristol and £540 (including VAT) for courts beyond this distance. This fee does not include disbursements such as mileage.

Alternatively, we can instruct a barrister to conduct the hearing, in which case our fee would be £300 (including VAT).
