Lyons Davidson wins Investors in People accreditation again
We are delighted to announce that after a rigorous assessment Lyons Davidson has maintained its Investors in People (IIP) accreditation.
IIP accreditation is internationally recognised and its standard “defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results.”
Lyons Davidson first achieved accreditation in 1998. In the intervening years, there have been regular assessments to make sure we are still meeting the IIP standard. We are committed to the standard, and its practices and procedures are an integral to the company.
Maintaining IIP accreditation is a great achievement and we are very proud of the great things the IIP Practitioner said in her report, including: “What a privilege to be able to see first-hand so many engaging activities, and feel the positive enthusiasm of everyone at Lyons Davidson wanting to do their best for the business […] So many people have volunteered the view that Lyons Davidson is a great place to work!”
