Family Justice review published
The final report of the Family Justice Review, published on 3 November, runs to 225 pages and contains detailed analysis and recommendations. A great deal of time and expertise has evidently gone into its preparation.
We are pleased to note that the review has again asserted the need to place children at the heart of whatever changes are to be made. As an Executive Committee Member of the Association of Lawyers for Children, Hannah Perry, Associate in Lyons Davidson’s Family Department, will be assisting in drafting a considered response later this month.
