Your business will be allocated a partner-led team made up of experienced solicitors with a minimum of three years specialist experience of employment law advisory work.

The three elements of our service are set out below.

1. Employment law audit

Our team of specialist employment lawyers work with you to audit your employment law processes. We will identify and address any issues that arise and advise you on what you need to do to take your business forward.

2. Employment law advice line

Your employment law questions will be answered through our employment law advice line, which is available 24/7. Between 8am and 6pm, all calls will be handled by your allocated Specialist Advisory Team.  Questions arising outside core hours are handled by our helpline team of legal advisers, who either deal with the query themselves or refer it to the Specialist Advisory Team for action the next day.

3. Legal Expenses Insurance

LD HR+ is backed by a comprehensive legal expenses insurance policy provides cover and peace of mind should your business become involved in employment litigation.  Subject to policy terms, this will provide you with cover for all your legal costs and in most cases will also cover the cost of any compensation award made in the employment tribunal.
