Our residential conveyancing team, based in Bristol, is headed by David Spencer and Mary McKenzie, each of whom has extensive experience in property transactions. Over 80% of instructions are from existing clients or as a result of recommendations from existing clients. We provide a personal bespoke service, combining the newest technology with traditional professional standards of personal attention and service. Each matter is handled by a senior and experienced conveyancer with an assigned assistant ensuring clients have two named people whom they can contact. We deal with every type of residential property including high value transactions, landed estates, auction sales and purchases, contract races and complex matters.
