The Unit is headed up by Sue Upton, a Partner at Lyons Davidson, who has over 15 years' experience of dealing with serious Head and Spinal Injury claims on behalf of the injured party.

Mark Webley
Mark is an associate and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Mark has a background of personal injury litigation work advising claimants, and has experience of advising on a wide range of types of injury primarily in the field of road traffic work. He has worked in the Head Injury Team of Lyons Davidson for three years.
Judith Brightman
Judith is an associate at Lyons Davidson with 10 years’ experience of representing injured claimants in all aspects of personal injury such as road traffic accidents, employers’ liability and public liability. Judith has experience of representing injured claimants in claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau and joined the Head Injury Team in 2008.
