Property and Neighbour Disputes
Our largest team deals with property litigation, mainly disputes between neighbours of all varieties.
We handle cases about damage to property, such as subsidence, tree root damage, flooding and Party Wall Act disputes.
We also advise and deal with disputes over rights of way, restrictive covenants, rights to light.
Last, but by no means least, we deal with “neighbours from hell” be it nuisance from noise, smoke, smells, harassment, leylandii and all manner of anti-social behaviour. We do not however deal with criminal cases.
We also specialise in resolving disputes between neighbours without resorting to the Courts.
