Professional Negligence
Martin Bastow leads a team of lawyers who deal with claims against professionals of all disciplines (save for Clinical negligence dealt with elsewhere at the firm). The team includes two senior solicitors who have both previously worked for the Solicitors Indemnity Fund and therefore have a wealth of experience, particularly in claims against other solicitors.
Five of our solicitors are members of the PNLA (Professional Negligence Lawyers Association), an organisation dedicated to professional negligence practitioners.
