Contract and Construction
Our lawyers deal with general contract litigation of a wide variety and scale. Clients range from charities, schools, large limited companies and private individuals. Disputes over construction projects, be they new houses, extensions or smaller building projects make up much of our work. However, our experience includes a huge variety of contractual disputes over the purchase of all manner of goods and services.
We deal with JCT contracts, arbitration and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and our work here overlaps with our Commercial Litigation Department.
