Lyons Davidson’s advanced use of technology has enabled us to develop a specialism for dealing with high volume work in various fields. We have built substantial volume practices, particularly in the areas of insurance claims handling.This has been achieved by detailed analysis and refinement of the work processes through a combination of our bespoke case management system, Filestream, and the extensive experience and training of our staff.
Filestream provides workflows which streamline any process-based work type, enabling us to deliver high levels of efficiency and cost effectiveness without diluting our commitment to the traditional values of professionalism and service.
As well as helping to process the work more efficiently, Filestream also enables business partners to have access to, and track progress of, work details through Management Information Reports on our on line extranet service, LD Extra. This provides secure and flexible up-to-the-minute work data available at any time for clients and other authorised users.
