Our Property Department deals with every type of real estate transaction, from the most complex of multi-million pound developments and investments through the widest possible range and variety of transactions to work of a smaller nature, e.g. lettings and assignments of office suites, industrial and factory units and high street lock-up shops etc. The work is undertaken by, or under the direct supervision of, partners or senior qualified staff so that our ability and experience in the more complex/high value work is applied for the benefit of all our clients.
We particularly enjoy carrying out high volume work (commercial and residential), including investment sales and purchases; builders’ plot sales; SIPP and other pension property transactions; repossession sales for banks; portfolio acquisitions and disposals (including large mortgage portfolios); and bulk conveyancing and mortgage schemes.
