We have a wealth of experience in dealing with all manner of claims, ranging from small claims to multi-million pound catastrophic injury claims.
We offer a range of services to insurer clients, including simple debt recovery matters, recovery of outlay, liability disputes, damage only and Personal Injury claims for Legal Expense Insurance company clients.
As a result of our extensive knowledge and experience, we have developed a number of niche specialisms, such as motorcycle accident claims, and Head and Spinal Injuries claims.
The vast majority of Claimant claims will settle before the issue of Court proceedings, but in the event that they do not, we are highly experienced in all aspects of the Litigation process and are fully able to pursue the matter through the courts to effect as efficient a recovery as is possible.
Our specialist Advocacy Unit is well versed in both negotiating at Court and representing the interest of our clients at trial. We also have close links with several Barristers Chambers.
If a Judgment is obtained, following a trial, and payment is not made promptly, we can offer advice on all appropriate options for enforcing Judgment and recovering outstanding debt in the most cost effective manner.
