- provision of a Registered Office facility (which includes onward transmission of mail received at the Registered Office);
- holding and writing up of the statutory books of the Company;
- completion and filing at Companies House of the Annual Return;
- preparation (where applicable) and filing of dormant company accounts; and
- forwarding of correspondence from Companies House and Inland Revenue.
