We have obtained clearance from the Pensions Regulator in a range of deals and have devised recovery plans and approved withdrawal arrangements. We enable clients to achieve regulatory compliance and effective scheme governance, which are essential risk management tools for trustees and employers. We draft all types of trust documentation as well as communication material for pension scheme members. We also supply a series of training services.
