Lyons Davidson Scotland LLP opened in Edinburgh in November 2010.
The Scottish office deals predominantly with road traffic accident cases, which have been referred to the firm by insurance company clients.  

The office also deals with a variety of privately referred personal injury cases. These include cases involving employers’ liability, public liability, industrial disease and clinical negligence.

The Group Leader is Val Roberts, a Scottish solicitor who has specialised in pursuing personal injury cases on behalf of the victims of accidents since 1993. Val has extensive experience of complex and very high-value claims, and many years’ experience of appearing in the Sheriff Courts around Scotland.

The group also includes Colin Lamont and Linda McFadyen, who are both experienced paralegals.
