Sue Upton is the Partner in charge of the Head and Brain Injuries Team. She has over 15 years' experience of dealing with serious head and brain injury claims on behalf of the injured party.

Mark Webley is an Senior Associate and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. He joined the Head Injury team in 2008. Mark has a background of personal injury litigation work advising claimants and has experience of advising on a wide range of types of injury, primarily in the field of road traffic accidents. He is a member of APIL.

Judith Brightman is a Senior Associate, who joined the Head Injury Team in 2008. She has many years’experience of representing injured claimants in all aspects of personal injury, including road traffic accidents, employers’ liability and public liability. Judith has represented injured claimants in claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau. She is a member of APIL.
