Rule Manager is a part of the system allowing the creation of system logic which can automate the completion, planning, amendment or deletion of an activity within Filestream.  

This could include updating details in Filestream from information provided, completing documents in a central print queue and planning next steps for completion.

This functionality provides:

• Increased productivity - by taking away standard tasks from the user that can be automated;
• Improved decision making, by providing users with the correct next steps to complete;
• Automated auditing, using rules to analyse data within the file and notify users and supervisors of exceptions.
