Extra is the on-line service which allows you to give direct live access to view files.

Referrer access

For organisations referring multiple claims, access can be granted to individual users within the organisation and allows them to:

• Search for a file;
• View the file information including:
  
  
  • names of the individuals and companies involved in the file file details
  • file history
  • letters
  • attendances and documents completed
  • outstanding and future file activities

• Send a message to the file for the person dealing with the file.

Client access

File access can be provided to individual clients directly linking from a user name and password to the relevant file.   This gives the ability for the client to keep up to date with developments on the file, and an additional method of communicating directly to the file using the post message facility.

On-line QnAs also provide the ability to collect on line information which loads directly in to the file.

This access is currently being provided to new clients referred by specific insurers as part of the managed roll out of this service.
