Our national employment team is home to over 60 members of staff. It provides practical and commercially focused advice to employers on the full range of employment and HR-related issues. While guiding our clients through the employment law minefield, we pay particular attention to ensuring that our advice is tailored to the specific needs of our clients and to providing pragmatic, business-focused solution.

We also have a highly experienced litigation team, defending all types of employment litigation while being actively involved in alternative forms of dispute resolution. We regularly provide training to our clients on various aspects of employment law.

The employment team acts for a wide range of organisations including national charities, universities, further education establishments, medical practices, SMEs and public companies.
