To be awarded the IIP standard, a firm must show a commitment to the support, training and development of employees.
Lyons Davidson was first considered for the IIP standard in 1995, and by 1998 we had achieved the standard. Since then, there have been regular reviews and assessments to ensure that the standard continues to be met. Lyons Davidson remains committed to the IIP standard, and the practices and procedures implemented as a result of the standard are an integral part of the firm.
