In the Corporate team we have a small but growing body of public sector transactional and project work, which poses additional challenges to our core private sector expertise.  We aim to bring the key attributes of deal management and providing effective solutions to complex problems from our M&A work to this field.

Our public sector work has included:

• Local authority procurement contracts and projects;
• NHS and social care work;
